Accumulation of excess heat from September and October shall be cover the heat needs in December and January. To this house does not need additional heating in the winter. Air conditioning is resolved functioning passive solar system in terms of the summer regime, at no additional cost. All elements of the house are detailed in project documentation.

• Implemented solution: Passive solar heating and cooling systems, heat pump, solar collectors Roth, floor and wall heating and cooling. New building.
• Additional investment: 4% of the value of the object
